Company Focus
Our main focus is to create positive financial returns for our customers that will conserve electricity, save electricity, or “re-use” thermal energy to create electricity. Integrated Power Solutions and Power Engineering consists of men and women who are dedicated to sustaining our resources by applying solid engineering principles to conserve and generate electrical energy. We have worked for both private companies and government projects. We have over 70 years of combined engineering and construction experience. Our staff includes electrical and mechanical engineers and construction management specialists.

Our Executive Staff
Rob Potts – President – B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Brigham Young University, M.B.A. – Finance Lehigh University. Rob has been the President CEO of several portfolio companies for private equity firms. He was the CEO of the following companies: Prinexus, Finlay Systems, Color By Pergament, Direct Group, Direct Fulfillment, Mack Color Graphics, Halo Design Systems, and Tukan. He has broad experience with successful start-up and turnaround ventures. Rob broad understanding of manufacturing companies and integrating new systems into existing companies as well as his ability to execute new business strategies provides a solid basis for successfully growing IPS Power Engineering into a co-generation company powerhouse.
Brian Smith – Vice President, Senior Design Engineer – B.S. Electrical Engineering, University of Utah, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories SEL-311L. Brian has over a thirty-year history of designing, implementing, commissioning, and maintaining power generators. His focus has been on the design process and automated control systems that optimize generation of power out of the plants that he has engineered. Before joining IPS Power Engineering, Brian was in charge of a large municipality power company and oversaw the design and commissioning of their gas turbine plant including all emission control and compliance with state and federal agencies. Brian also implemented hydro electric power plants, completed unfinished projects by other contracting firms, and re-designed control systems for older power plants.
Paul Dorronsoro – Vice President of Field Engineering – B.S. Electrical Engineering University of Texas. Paul is a thirty year senior engineering veteran of large power generating plants for utility companies and large co-generation facilities for industrial and petroleum companies. Before joining IPS, Paul was Senior Field Commissioning Engineer for Caterpillar and in charge of power projects for South America and the Caribbean and later promoted to be in charge of the Western USA Region. Paul successfully commissioned multiple power generating systems for projects costing between $15 million to an excess of $200 million. Paul brings a high level of engineering experience in implementing and commissioning co-generation systems for our customers.
Ray Lundberg – Vice President Operations – Ray has extensive knowledge of contracting and managing large projects. He is a licensed general contracting in the state of Utah. Ray has over fifteen years of experience owning and operating a construction company development projects. Ray brings a professional level to managing the analysis, design, and implementation of our projects.
Brett Woodard – Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations – Brett has over 25 years of experience in arranging international and domestic project finance for high technology infrastructure projects with Nokia Networks and GE Capital and has also served in senior finance and accounting functions in emerging renewable energy (wind), telecommunications and biotechnology companies. He holds a BS and an MBA in Finance from the University of Utah, and received post-graduate education in the PhD Finance program at the Wharton School.
